Kidd Insurances in conjuction with certain Underwriters at Lloyds are proud to announce our new insurance product for Unoccupied commercial properties.

We can arrange cover for:

• Builder's Stock,
• Unfinished Developments,
• Unsold investment properties,
• Vacant Premises.

We can provide cover for most properties, even where the property is not entirely finished (it must be fully protected from the elements i.e. roof, windows and doors).

Cover for Fire & Perils, Public liability insurance, subsidence cover, can all be arranged.
