Professional Indemnity Insurance will protect you in the event damages are awarded against you and cover your legal defence costs.

The following are a number of examples where claims could arise:

• Breach of a Confidentiality or Copyright,
• Loss of Documents,
• Libel or Slander.

At Kidd Insurances we can also arrange cover for people such as Trustees or Non-Executive Directors of Charitable or Non-Profit Bodies, including Clubs, and Sporting Associations, against allegations of Malfeasance and Misappropriation of Funds, in addition to any of the above.

This cover can also be extended to include such things as actions for Wrongful Dismissal or Harassment, where the body employs staff.
